Karen Oberman—is an entertainment industry expert with 20 years of broadcast production experience working with top cable networks including Discovery Channel, Turner Broadcasting, National Geographic Television, HGTV, and TLC. Karen’s experience includes work on the Emmy winning documentary series Lost Civilizations on NBC, as well as being the Supervising Production Manager on one of Discovery’s most successful programs, Mythbusters. Prior to that, Karen was the Director of Unit Management at Discovery Studios.
All volunteers receive training, free parking and a catered meal provided by Carole Parks Catering.
