Attorneys for Chrysler want a $150 million wrongful death judgement dismissed. In April, a Decatur County jury found the automaker responsible for the death of 4 year old Remington Walden of Bainbridge.

He was killed in 2012, when the Jeep he was riding in was hit from behind. The gas Jeeps' gas tank leaked, engulfing it in flames. Chrysler attorneys call the judgement tainted and excessive.

They want it dismissed, or the damages reduced to $5 million. Lawyers for Walden's family say a #50 million judgement would be fair.

The judge says he will await more details from attorneys before deciding on a motion to dismiss
