Economic recovery is coming slowly for rural South Georgia. Many local governments there have made deep cuts in staff and services. And those communities say they're taking another hit...from tax cuts passed by state lawmakers two years ago. For example, Decatur County in the southwest part of the state, saw a decrease of $1.8 million between 2012 and 2013. GPB’s Bradley George spoke with Dan Chapman, who's reported on the impact of the tax cuts for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
