State and City officials are set to celebrate the kick-off of a new television series featuring Atlanta caterers and eateries.

Lifetime's "Catering Wars Atlanta" is set to premiere Tuesday night. Officials from the Georgia State Film Commission and the National Catering Association of Atlanta will gather on the south steps of the state Capitol Tuesday at 11 a.m. to discuss the show's projected economic impact on the region.

The show follows four Atlanta catering companies as they compete against each other for recognition as the area's best catering company.

Producer Rhona Siver and executives from Lifetime Entertainment and A&E are also expected to be on hand Tuesday.
