A search committee has been formed to conduct a national search for the next dean of the University of Georgia's business school.

University of Georgia Provost Jere Morehead this week appointed the Terry College of Business search committee.

Alan Dorsey, dean of the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, will chair the search committee, which includes 18 other members. Faculty from each of the college's seven departments plus additional staff, student and external representatives make up the committee.

The committee will be assisted by the search firm Korn/Ferry International.

The Terry College enrolls more than 3,200 students in undergraduate, master's and doctoral programs in Athens and at UGA campuses in Atlanta, Gwinnett and Griffin.
