Atlanta Installs Carbon Monoxide Detectors

The Atlanta Public Safety Committee has voted to install carbon monoxide detectors in all public buildings and schools.

The committee unanimously voted to pass the ordinance Tuesday.

The vote comes more than a month after a carbon monoxide leak at Finch Elementary School left 44 students and 10 adults hospitalized.
