The Judicial Qualifications Commission is moving against Associate Probate Judge Shirley Wise.
She's accused of violating nine counts.
Those include making a county employee submit false invoices, accepting bribes, forgery, illegally preparing marriage licenses and others.
Wise has 30 days to send a written response.
After that, there'll be a "discovery period" before she faces a hearing.
