A months-long investigation by The Telegraph finds that serious repercussions for disciplinary infractions in Bibb County schools have plummeted under the administration of Superintendent Romain Dallemand.

School officials say they're trying to keep troubled kids in the classroom, but some teachers say the change in approach has resulted in an atmosphere of lawlessness.
