The national Weather Service was predicting snow in North Georgia late Monday night.

There's a weather advisory for nine counties from midnight until ten A.M. tomorrow.

Meteorologist Steven Nelson advises cautious driving. He says, "What people can do it just kind of keep on top of the latest conditions and forecasts. You know, watch the evening news. If you're planning any travel in the early morning, you might want to postpone that if possible."

Temperatures are expected to rise by late Tuesday morning and melt any ice.
