Cain is the second presidential candidate to visit the state Capitol during this summer’s special session. Former Utah Governor Jon Huntsman met with state lawmakers and addressed the state House last week.
Cain of Stockbridge is the former chief executive of the Godfather’s Pizza restaurant chain. Along with Newt Gingrich, he is one of two Georgians in the race for the Republican presidential nomination.
He threw his hat into the ring at a rally in May at Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta.
