North Georgia Could See Snow

ATLANTA  —   North Georgia could get snow this weekend. Forecasters say a mix of rain and snow is expected Friday night, especially in the mountains. Temperatures will be in the 30’s.

That mix is anticipated to come through metro-Atlanta as well Saturday morning. Then it will change to mostly snow for the metro area and north Georgia for rest of the day.

With temperatures dropping to the mid-20s Saturday night, there could be some accumulation.

Precipitation is expected to end by Sunday morning when temperatures rise.
