The Atlanta Braves squeaked into the playoffs this year.

It's a fitting goodbye for the Braves manager, Bobby Cox, who announced that this is his final season.

Cox led the Braves briefly late in the 1970s and returned in 1985.

He had a remarkable run: At one point, the team won the division title for 14 years in a row.
