Here's the latest from Republican Nathan Deal's election night headquarters at the Lee Gilmer Memorial Airport in Gainesville, Ga. That is Deal's home base.

The former congressman has not arrived yet but, after speaking with a spokesman Brian Robinson, he says the former congressman feels fantastic. They've been looking at early indications and early voting showing that if there were a runoff, that he would be in it. Of course the polls closed at 7, so we'll wait to see what the numbers are as they arrive.
