Atlanta Public Schools dispute state audit that found altered standardized tests earlier this summer.
They launched their own investigation with an independent consultant and the report says the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement’s audit was quote speculation, not based on concrete evidence.
The state audit showed answers were changed on fifth grade math tests last summer in four districts.
