Hospices Brace for Potential Cuts

The nation's hospices are watching health care legislation in Congress with unusual urgency.

In a little more than two months, Medicare will start paying hospices less for their services in a move that could force lay-offs and that has sparked a grassroots campaign around end-of-life care.
