Iceland is apparently one of the happiest countries in the world, and that doesn’t stop when all those contented folks go to work in the morning.

That prompted Inc. Magazine contributor Geoffrey James to think about some of the things we could learn from this cold, dark country and apply in our own workplaces. (Read more here.)
