When you work with people, it’s natural that some conflict will arise from time to time. Sometimes, though, we have trouble dealing with a colleague because we’re different ages and have different perspectives on the world.

Baby boomers, generation X, millennials...what can you do if you just don’t understand your younger or older colleagues? And how do you know if that’s really the problem?

Brandon Smith explains the origins of these generational conflicts and offers some help dealing with them on this week’s Working on GPB Radio.
