The truth is, it’s easier to find work when you already have it. Seems counterproductive, especially for the long-term unemployed, but recruiters agree that’s the way it works.

Balancing the job search with your daily responsibilities at work can be difficult, and deciding whether to tell your current boss you’re exploring your options even more so.
