A big part of a job search is polishing and fine-tuning your resume so it best reflects who you are, where you’ve been and where you’re headed.

For some companies (mostly tech or marketing firms, but a few others), that’s wasted effort. They’re more interested in who you are as reflected by your Web presence – in other words, your blog posts, status updates, videos, tweets and other cyberspace doings.

It all comes down to a fuzzy assessment of what drives you, how well you’ll fit in the company’s culture, and what kind of worker you will be, Brandon Smith tells us in this week’s Working on GPB Radio.
