Having a little flexibility at work is becoming a big draw for potential employees.

A recent Harris Interactive survey showed that more than half of workers factor in the workplace’s flexibility when considering an employer. And even more fascinating, 42 percent of people in the poll said they would give up some salary to have more flexible scheduling.

Our working guru Brandon Smith says this is all about generational needs. Hear what he means (and find out why he says people who work from home face special challenges) in this week’s Working on GPB Radio.
