If you every find yourself on a football field with Chandler Wooten, I’d run the other way. A senior outside linebacker for the North Cobb Warriors, Wooten is an excellent ball player. He has a sixth sense that you just can’t explain. If you challenge him, you’ll almost always lose. There’s no quit in this guy, he’s just one of those players who thrives on the energy of a game.

He is the first player from North Cobb to be invited to play in the Under Armour All-America game, a very prestigious accomplishment. When it came to deciding where he would play college football, he wanted to make sure that big decision was taken care of before the start of his senior year at NCHS. He’s committed to Auburn, where his team colors will stay the same as they are now. There’s a bit of a pipeline developing with Auburn… Head Coach Shane Queen’s son, Tyler is a quarterback there. Chandler stays in touch with his old teammate, where they will soon be teammates again.

This week I had a chance to catch up with Chandler about going to Auburn and getting ready for his senior season…
