Cobb County's head and assistant football coaches gathered for a meet and greet on Friday as the 2014 high school football season rolls around in full force.

Our GPB Sports intern, Savannah Pratt, spoke with a few of those head coaches in between bites of chicken and sips of sweet tea to get their take on what makes one great at that top spot.
