Randstad, the world's second largest staffing and Human Resources services firm, has shared their top picks for jobs most in demand in 2014.

In the Engineering sector, the hottest jobs include civil engineers and manufacturing engineers.  Richard Zambacca, President of Randstad states, "Engineering is one of few fields that will always be a vital element to technological and business advancement."

Accounting managers, public accountants, accounting assistants will also be in demand for 2014.

In the health fields, primary care physicians, registered nurses and medical assistants will continue to be professions with a strong demand due to the aging population.

Other jobs in high demand include machine operator, maintenance technician, customer service representative, drug safety specialists, mobile application developer, cloud security specialist and payroll specialist.
