Atlanta Uses Scrooge To Help Pitch Amazon

We’ve just wrapped up the holiday season, but some of you may have missed that time when Scrooge traveled around Atlanta to highlight some of the reasons why a certain someone ought to look this way when seeking a new home.

By now you know that Amazon is looking for a home for its second headquarters—known internally as HQ2. Atlanta is one of many cities vying for the 50,000 some-odd jobs that would come along with it, and the Georgia Department of Economic Development marketing team, alongside the talented folks at Dad’s Garage, wanted to make a fun side pitch in addition to the official package submitted last year.

As of Jan. 3, 2018 the video has been viewed nearly 100,000 times, so props are in order.
