The Workforce Division of the Georgia Department of Economic Development isn't always the easiest entity to wrap your brain around. That's why we asked its fearless leader, Deputy Commissioner Ben Hames, to talk a bit about what the division does and how it can help Georgia continue to be ranked the No. 1 state in the nation for business.

As you'll hear in the video, Hames a) has the most amazing Southern accent ever (it's truly delightful) and b) he lays out why the Workforce division should be something all Georgians looking for new employment should know about. There are so many programs available at no cost to you should you find yourself lacking in training or education for specific industries. Check out the video and let me know what you think. If nothing else stay for Hames' accent, which is as if the essence of Georgia was covered in honey and deep fried to perfection (let's get weird, y'all).
