A Metro Atlanta school district will pay $10 million to the parents of a high school basketball player who died after collapsing in sweltering heat during practice.

A superior court judge has ordered an arraignment for a former Georgia prosecutor charged with hindering the police investigation into the 2020 killing of Ahmaud Arbery.

The Fulton County Department of Arts and Culture announced applications for 2023 arts funding are open and due later this month.
