On today's morning headlines, the state of Georgia is getting another “F” on the latest March of Dimes report card related to maternal mortality and infant care. GPB’s Ellen Eldridge has more.
And, after recording-breaking use of absentee ballots in Georgia's November general election, the trend continues heading into January 5th's runoffs.
In a special election meeting Monday morning, state elections officials said more than three quarters of a million absentee ballots have already been requested.
