Officials say a woman drowned Sunday at Lake Lanier when she fell off a dock.

The Georgia Department of Natural Resources says the woman could not swim. Her husband, who could not swim either, tried to rescue her. Both were pulled from the water, but the woman did not survive. Her name has not been released.

The drowning was one of two deaths on Georgia lakes Sunday. Officials said 52-year-old Robert Lewis of Dallas, Ga., was killed at Allatoona Lake when he fell from his boat and was run over by the unmanned vessel.
