This week's rankings reveal that only Class 2A did not see any changes. Meanwhile, the state's largest and smallest class each had significant movement after week 9.

In 5A, Grayson fell out of the rankings after losing to South Gwinnett. The Comets, in turn, moved into the top 10 at No. 9. McEachern and Stephenson switched spots at No. 4 and No. 5 after the Indians needed a late comeback to beat North Cobb. Etowah also cracked the top 10.

In Class 4A, there was only one alteration as Flowery Branch and Griffin swapped spots at No. 5 and No. 6 respectively.

Class 3A saw St. Pius fall out and Grady replace them after the Grey Knights' victory over the Golden Lions. Also, Allatoona debuted in the rankings at No. 10.

Savannah Christian is out of the Class A top 10 after getting upset by Calvary Day. Wilcox Co. then replaced the Raiders at No. 3 and each team behind them moved up one.
