 yn Merrick is the President and CEO for Atlanta Habitat for Humanity. In t
 his role\, Merrick leads the organization’s strategic direction to accom
 plish its mission of empowering generations of working families by providi
 ng quality\, affordable homes in safe\, vibrant neighborhoods with opportu
 nities to thrive.\n\n\n\nMerrick\, who joined the organization as chief de
 velopment officer in November 2020\, successfully generated diverse\, reco
 rd-breaking funds that helped the organization emerge from the pandemic wi
 th ample resources to ramp up production and expand its programs.\n\n\n\nI
 n January 2023\, she was promoted to executive vice president and chief op
 erations officer\, a multifaceted role that empowered her to lead the orga
 nization’s extensive daily operations including oversight of eight depar
 tments — Family Services\, IT\, ReStore\, Construction\, Real Estate\, S
 ite Planning & Design\, Warehouse and Facilities.\n\n\n\nA native Atlantan
  and magna cum laude graduate of Georgia State University\, Merrick’s 24
 -year career includes previous leadership roles at Georgia Community Found
 ation\, Mount Vernon School\, The Ron Clark Academy and United Way of Grea
 ter Atlanta.\n\n\n\nRosalyn currently resides in Tucker with her husband a
 nd two sons.
