This Mental Health Month, Sesame Workshop is expanding its collection of resources to help young children navigate big feelings, build resilience, and practice problem-solving together. Through new videos and digital tools featuring beloved "Sesame Street" friends, families can find simple, practical ways to talk about feelings and handle everyday challenges. The free resources are available in both  English and Spanish.
