Count on PBS KIDS to help your kids learn math!

Play + Learn: Math Fun Starts Here!

Math is woven into the everyday experiences that help young children make sense of their world. Today’s early learning standards in Georgia emphasize building number sense, recognizing patterns, comparing quantities, and developing problem‑solving skills. When families explore math together in real-life moments, such as measuring ingredients when cooking dinner, talking about prices at the store, noticing shapes in the park, or counting during play, children begin to think like confident young mathematicians.

To support these essential skills, learn about our favorite PBS KIDS math shows and games that nurture early concepts like counting, shapes, measurement, patterns, and problem‑solving, all through fun, character‑powered play.
