Quarterback Madalynn Cauley threw for three touchdowns and ran for two others to help Harris County beat Washington Count 32-0 and win its first flag football championship on Monday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Cauley completed 15 of 22 passes for 183 yards and rushed four times for 54 yards. She threw two touchdown passes to Aubrey Mertz, a 3-yard and a 2-yarder, and connected with Pearson Pettit for a 31-yard score. Cauley ran for touchdowns of 10 and 4 yards.

Mertz caught five passes for 30 yards and Pettit had three receptions for 51 yards. 

Cauley finished the season with 5,539 yards passing with 92 touchdowns and 1,021 yards rushing with 13 touchdowns. 

Harris County (24-3) led 25-0 at halftime and limited Washington County (14-7) to 87 total yards. Harris County’s Rylee Hall had two sacks and Pettit and Hannah  Huff each intercepted a pass.
