The NCAA men’s Final Four is being hosted this weekend by Georgia Tech at the Georgia Dome.

The Division II and Division III Basketball Championships will be played at Philips Arena.

Centennial Olympic Park will play host to an outdoor concert series featuring the Zac Brown Band, Sting and the Dave Matthews Band.

Altogether some 100,000 out-of-town visitors will be in downtown Atlanta this week. Officials estimate more than 150,000 people will take part in the basketball and music events. The economic impact is expected to be $70 million for Atlanta.

According to a report from AtlantaHotels.org hotel rates have increased by nearly 200% for this week.

According to national ticket broker RazorGator.com tickets for the entire session of the Final Four & Championship are going for an average of over $1600.

Finally, restaurants in the Atlanta area are booked solid throughout the weekend.
