Mr. Roy R. Kelley, Jr., a seventh generation Georgian born April 26, 1924, in Bibb County, served in the Air Force 11th Bomb Squadron as a tail gunner. Mr. Kelley’s tour of duty in a B-25 took him to the “Forgotten Theater” of Burma and China.
