Mr. Eugene M. Frame, born in 1915, was a Lieutenant Medical Officer in the U.S. Navy and served in the Philippines. His experiences aboard the USS Allen M. Sumner exposed him to Kamikazes in Leyte Gulf. He also witnessed the Battle at Ormont Bay.
