CRCT Test Taking Tips

CRCT Test Taking Tips

The CRCT (Criterion Referenced Competency Test) are state mandated achievement tests for students in grades 3 through 8. (Due to budget constraints, the CRCT will not be administered in grades one and two in spring 2013.) The CRCT cover the subject areas of Reading, English/Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.

Taking the CRCT can be stressful for students. But If parents and educators prepare them by sharing test-taking strategies and administering practice exams, students have a higher chance of performing well.
