Sesame Street

Sesame Street is an educational television program designed for preschoolers. Now in it's 40th year, it is one of the longest-running shows in television history. Sesame Street uses a combination of animation, puppets, and live actors to entertain children and simultaneously help them learn. The show helps children learn basic life skills, such as healthy eating habits and how to cross the street safely. It also addresses real-world situations, including death, divorce, pregnancy and birth.
