Flash Information
To use the activities and play the games on the SALSA web site, you will first need to install the Shockwave and Flash plug-in on your browser.

In order to install the plugin, you must first download the application from the Macromedia website

You will be asked to sign up (although this step is optional) and dowload the Shockwave and Flash installation program. You will be given detailed instructions for downloading and installation. View printable Downloading and Installation instructions.

Before you install the Shockwave and Flash plugin, you will be asked to quit your browser. Bookmark this page so that you'll be able to get back here quickly after restarting your browser.

If you are using a computer that is part of an organization's internal network and cannot install the Shockwave plugin, check with your network administrator since some networks do not permit individuals to install software on their machines. Your network administrator may have to give you permission on the network in order to install the plugin.

Acrobat Reader Information
The free Acrobat Reader allows you to view pages created in PDF format. This format makes it possible for you to print the pages exactly as they have been developed, so that forms and other pages are duplicated exactly as they are intended by their creators. 8 MB of memory (RAM) is needed for version 5.0.
