Juvenile Justice and the Death Penalty

Comprehensive juvenile justice reform clears a big hurdle today passing the House Judiciary Committee. Our Claire Simms is live at the capitol with why that wasn't easy.

The Senate Appropriations Committee passed the $19.3 billion FY 2013 amended budget this morning. The state House has already passed the supplemental spending plan, and the full Senate is expected to vote on it this week.
