Financial help could soon be on the way for Georgians who go or want to go to Georgia's technical colleges. Rahul Bali was there at the state Capitol as the governor threw his support behind the effort.

Questions ... Quandaries ... Will Speaker Ralston's ethics bill finally escape a legislative quagmire? Ralston went back to the drawing board with his proposed bill last week after confusion emerged over the term "lobbyist." Ralston is revising the bill to read that people who lobby at the state house for five or fewer days don't have to register as a lobbyist.

And Sweeping changes are likely coming to the way Georgia handles young offenders. Today, Georgia Supreme Court Chief Justice Carol Hunstein addressing the need for reform in her annual State of the Judiciary Address.
