A precedent-setting case in Georgia: Two men sued their employer, Atlas Logistics, after being accused of defecating in the warehouse where they worked. They were asked to submit genetic samples to Atlas – which cleared them of any wrongdoing – but a judge agreed the company violated their workplace privacy under the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act by asking them for DNA.
