    A Camden County judge has left office after pleading guilty to three criminal charges. District Attorney Brian Rickman tells The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that Probate Judge Shirley Wise pleaded guilty to three counts -- theft by taking, theft by deception and violation of her oath of office.

    The City of Bowdon in west Georgia is dealing with its second case of employee theft this summer. City police turned the investigation over to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation when it came to light early last week. Between $20,000 and $30,000 is missing in the most-recent case. The earlier theft involved more than $150,000.
