A recent report by the CDC finds teen birth rates are falling everywhere, including Georgia. But some counties are not seeing a decline. Programs created to help have been cut.

Teen Births In Rural Georgia Still High
A CDC report shows teen birth rates falling across the country. Overall Georgia saw fewer teen births in 2010, but rates are still high in rural counties. Experts say several factors are to blame.
