The Mayor of Tybee Island says, the settlement brings the case to a close. Two former Tybee Island police officers, however, still face charges related to the incident. The lawsuit stemmed from an incident in May when an autistic teenager was stunned for appearing drunk and unresponsive outside an island bar.
