    Kennesaw State University’s monthly index on Georgia manufacturing activity fell slightly in March after two blockbuster months of growth. Intuit Payroll’s latest index shows another month of slight increases in the state’s small business employment. And unemployment keeps inching down. Economists say it all indicates a recovery.
