Command Sgt. Maj. Basil Plumley, a retired veteran whose unit's actions in Vietnam were turned into a book and then the movie, "We Were Soldiers," has died. He was 92. Plumley served in World War II, the Korean War and Vietnam.
Frank C. Jones, a well-known Macon attorney who had lead Georgia’s lawsuit against the Affordable Care Act has died. GPB’s Adam Ragusea in Macon reports Jones is remembered as a jurist, not an ideologue.
