A newspaper publisher with more than 50 years of industry experience is resigning from his post. Rome News-Tribune Publisher Otis Raybon is stepping down from his position Friday. Aside from multiple stints at the Griffin Daily News, Raybon has worked for the Valdosta Daily Times and the Americus Times Recorder.
