Atlanta Public Schools officials say they're taking steps to address mold found in a high school on the city's southwest side. Associate Superintendent Steve Smith says tests were done Friday afternoon at Booker T. Washington High School and four areas had low levels of mold spores.
Officials in a south Georgia county say a public health building has been closed because of concerns over mold and mildew. The Atkinson County Commission decided to close the building earlier this week and will not reopen it until the problem is resolved.
