Justin Ross Harris, the father of a toddler who died after being left inside of a hot SUV for hours, has been denied bond. Cobb County Judge Frank R. Cox denied bond to Harris, who was charged with child cruelty and murder after leaving his 22-month old son Cooper Harris in a car on June 18. Police arrested Harris after his son was pronounced dead. Cox found that there was probable cause for the charges in the warrant against the Cobb County father.
